Jen came up with the name when launching the company in 2015. Wanting to express the creative, scientific, and magic like nature of her job. The Chocolatician was born !

Jen’s Story

In 2015, Jen launched Chocolatician, her chocolate sculpting business, after being commissioned by UKTV’s Drama channel for a life-sized chocolate Benedict Cumberbatch sculpture. The big push that brought Jen Lindsey-Clark and her team into the limelight after this iconic chocolate man quickly became an internet and press sensation. Previously working as a Pastry Chef in hotels and restaurants , Jen’s wedding cake business ’She Bakes’ gave her a taste for running her own company and creating beautiful sweet creations for customers galvanising her love affair with chocolate. “Chocolate has always been my favourite medium to work with. I am constantly challenged by the science and skills involved with chocolatiering, the satisfaction that comes from creating the unimaginable from chocolate and the positive feedback from clients has made it all worth while.” Ten years later and Jen Lindsey-Clark has a portfolio of amazing chocolate creations and knock out edible art for many brands such as Mars Wrigley, 20th Century Fox , Mattel, Aldi, Hello Kitty, OPI, Warner Brothers, Starbucks, Nestle, Eden Gallery, Lexus and more. Jen also delights in sharing her chocolate experience with her local community. Providing corporate team days for local businesses and children’s chocolate workshops at her Chocolatician studio kitchen in Worthing , West Sussex.
