one big happy chocolatey TEAM !

Chocolatician are now offering in-house Chocolate workshops and experiences days for businesses and organisations over West and East sussex.

Starting the afternoon with a chocolate tasting quiz, the team will try to pair eleven different types of chocolate with the correct description.
When divulging the winning answers the Chocolatician shares her knowledge with the chocolate fuelled on the history, production and science of chocolate.

There is then a demonstration into the tempering of chocolate and how to create the shine, snap and deliciously smooth texture of chocolate.
Now the time for everyone to get messy and creative and fill a board with their own chocolatey delights.
Team chocolate experience days are 2.5- 3hrs in duration.
