Chocolatician in the new Channel 5 series 'The Wonderful World of Chocolate'

It was a fantastic programme to be part of. A really varied and interesting mixture of the history of chocolate and chocolate bars as well as profiling chocolate artists like myself, chocolate companies and chocolate factories.

The producers found Chocolatician through research and were keen on telling the story of how it came to be that we are the go to for ridiculous things in chocolate including the chocolate cumberbunny .

It was really nice to be able to share our full story and divulge secrets about the clever processes we use, highlighting the amazing skills of Tim Simpson our top sculptor and mould maker. Also just to be part of such an impressive mix of artists and edible inventors is a real honour!
